Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Shutesbury, MA and surrounding communities. The role supports PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker responsibilities with flexible scheduling and shifts that fit your life.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and increases with experience, certifications, and qualifications. Training is offered to qualified applicants, making it accessible even for those new to caregiving.

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for caregivers who are:
