Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Huntington, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker with flexible scheduling and a focus on safety and independence for clients.

Shifts available include 8–12 hour options, day, overnight, and weekday/weekend opportunities. A $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days is offered to qualifying new caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands and grocery shopping

Providing medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
