Golden Years Home Care in Poway, CA is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to provide in-home senior care, focusing on safety, health, and well-being of clients.

The role includes personal care, light housework, meal preparation, companionship, and may involve travel up to 25 miles. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and on-call shifts with competitive pay and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
