Job summary

At Home Health is seeking a Community Care Recruiter to build and maintain a dependable pool of attendants and special attendants to support clients in need of care.

The CCR will manage outbound and inbound outreach, ensure timely pre-hire paperwork, onboarding, and accurate documentation in EMR systems. Strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college preferred.
• One year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills, interpersonal and organizational skills required; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and recruit attendants and special attendants for clients.
• Ensure completion of pre-hire processes and paperwork with timely communication.
• Onboard newly hired attendants through hiring process to work with clients.
• Communicate with applicants, new hires, clients, and team members.
• Attend job fairs and talent acquisition events.
• Conduct background checks and LEIE database checks per guidelines.
• Document accurately in EMR and necessary databases.
• Assist with staffing current attendants as needed.
• Maintain urgency and accuracy within tight turnaround times.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
