Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an Employee Talent Coordinator in Baltimore, MD to own the full employee life cycle for the caregiver workforce. You will recruit, onboard, orient, train, and offboard, while helping to develop and maintain a positive agency culture.

Work hours start Part Time (24 hours/week) with potential growth to Full Time as the agency expands. Onsite position with no remote work; daytime hours and occasional evenings/weekends for interviews and training events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of computing hardware and software, including web-based recruiting and applicant tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and human-relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Program coordination, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, training, or a related people-focused field preferred.
