MyPath in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead caregiver teams in home settings. You will train, coach, and mentor staff, supervise client care, and ensure health monitoring and safety for participants.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required and reliable transportation recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff in home settings.
• Train, coach and mentor team members.
• Monitor client health and welfare and ensure safety and program compliance.
• Maintain schedules, policies, and procedures; report incidents as required.
