Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to provide in-home senior care in San Bernardino. You'll support daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn.
• Comfort with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and dignity including bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals and maintain clean living spaces.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Offer active companionship through conversation, games, walks, and errands or appointments.
• Assist with light exercise or physical-therapy routines as directed.
