Job summary

Belmare Senior Living in Oakdale, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to residents in our community. You will support daily living activities and uphold our person-centered care philosophy across shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and ensuring privacy, respect, and dignity. A state background check and LIC 508/LIC 503 health screening are required; multiple full-time or part-time schedules and daily pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiving background is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 required.
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living following person-centered care.
• Provide personal care per individual services plans (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, etc.).
• Assist with daily tasks and maintain privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Complete required trainings on hire and annually.

Belmare Senior Living, located in Oakdale, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Caregiver / Certified Nurses' Aides, CNA / Home Health Aides, HHA / Personal Care Assistant, PCA

Responsibilities of the Caregiver

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.


• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.


• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.


• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.


• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.


• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Caregiver / Certified Nurses' Aides, CNA / Home Health Aides, HHA / Personal Care Assistant, PCA


• Must have a caregiving background.


• Be at least 18 years of age.


• Basic computer skills.


• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.


• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement


• LIC 503 Health Screening Report.
