Senior Helpers in Jasper, GA is seeking an experienced Scheduler Manager to oversee caregiver scheduling for multiple clients and to ensure continuous, high-quality care at home.

In this role you will optimize shifts, coordinate with caregivers and office staff, and support scheduling staff as needed. A proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience in home care or healthcare preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules for multiple clients.
• Ensure client shifts are staffed appropriately and consistently.
• Respond quickly to call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute needs.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
• Monitor overtime and staffing levels to maintain efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Train and support scheduling staff (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Collaborate with recruiting and management to meet staffing needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
