Job summary

Silver Angels of Tennessee – Bradley, LLC in Cleveland, TN is seeking an administrative professional to support the caregiving team. You will perform general clerical duties, schedule staff, handle billing tasks, and ensure timely communication with clients and care coordinators.

Responsibilities include preparing caregiver work schedules, coordinating with MCOs, answering inquiries, and maintaining office equipment. A high school diploma or GED and clerical experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• One year of basic clerical experience or six months of related office functions.
• Familiar with office equipment such as fax, copier, and shipping services.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks with independent judgment to support department goals.
• Provide clerical support including filing, billing, scheduling, and client communication.
• Prepare caregiver work schedules and arrange replacements to meet staffing guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm service needs and follow up on services.
• Maintain communication with MCOs.
