Cornerstone Caregiving in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Scheduling Manager to coordinate scheduling, administration, and office operations under the Operating Director. You will share on-call responsibilities with other managers and support client care and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree; may substitute education/experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire/terminate caregivers as needed.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction with in-home care.
• Maintain high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits to maximize retention.
• Adhere to company standards and state-specific compliance requirements.
• Handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes as needed.
