Qualifications

Strong organization and communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Proficient computer and technology skills.
Home-care scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain caregiver schedules.
Match caregivers with clients based on needs, skills, availability, location, and compatibility.
Fill open shifts and respond quickly to caregiver call-offs.
Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and families.
Monitor unfilled shifts, overtime, availability, and continuity of care.
Build relationships with caregivers and understand scheduling preferences.
Coordinate staffing needs with recruiting and operations.
Maintain scheduling information in company systems.
Resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally.
