Job summary

Senior Friendship Centers is seeking a dynamic Caregiver Resource Manager to lead the daily operations of the Caregiver Resource Center in Sarasota, FL. The role supervises staff and volunteers, develops programs, coordinates caregiver mental health counseling services, and supports grant-funded initiatives.

The manager will travel between two Sarasota locations, build community partnerships, and ensure program quality, documentation, and reporting comply with standards and licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory capacity experience in a social service or health care setting preferred but not required.
• Experience using computer software applications for record management and the ability to learn the organization's systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support CRC staff and volunteers.
• Oversee grant funded activities and reporting.
• Develop and implement Caregiver Resource Center programs.
• Coordinate caregiver mental health counseling services and partnerships.
• Manage intake, assessments, and data entry per guidelines.
