• Interact with residents with empathy, kindness, and respect across all care levels.
• Observe and report health or emotional changes to supervisor.
• Assist in dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and respect resident confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and document appropriately.
• Work as part of a team to support residents, families, visitors, and associates.
