Job summary

Senior Friendship Centers in Sarasota, FL, is looking for a dynamic Caregiver Resource Manager to lead the daily operations of our Caregiver Resource Center. This role supervises staff and volunteers, develops programs, coordinates caregiver mental health counseling services, and supports grant-funded initiatives.

The position requires travel between two Sarasota County locations and a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri) with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b with employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience in social services is a plus.
• Experience with grant programs and reporting is beneficial.
• Strong ethics, leadership, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRC staff and volunteers; schedule activities and ensure quality service.
• Oversee grants data management, reporting, and program monitoring.
• Develop and implement Caregiver Resource Center programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate and grow the Mental Health Counseling Program for caregivers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation across programs.
