Job summary

Arbor's Luxurious Assisted Living Community in Exton, PA is hiring a Caregiver to join their team. Full-time or Part-Time 3pm–11pm, every other weekend required.

You will provide personalized daily living support, encourage social engagement, and help create a safe environment. The Arbor Company offers benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to obtain PA Direct Care Certificate, and at least 6 months of caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Ability to obtain the PA Direct Care Certificate.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
