Job summary

The Arbor Company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. You will provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, help residents stay engaged, and contribute to a safe, respectful home-like environment.

No certification is required, but 6 months of caregiving or related experience is preferred. We offer competitive benefits, PTO, growth opportunities, and access to wellness resources as part of a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification/license is NOT required.
• At least 6 months of prior work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory care experience is a plus.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
