A home care services provider is seeking a dynamic Caregiver Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves leading targeted caregiver recruitment and ensuring compliance among Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. Ideal candidates should possess a High School diploma, have at least 3 years of home care recruiting experience, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of targeted home care recruiting.
• Experience in home care recruitment or staffing coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of HHA/PCA certification and compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment initiatives and manage targeted campaigns.
• Maintain and monitor the active caregiver census.
• Review and screen applicants to ensure compliance with agency standards.
