We're Hiring: Caregiver Recruitment & Training Coordinator

HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa is looking for a Full-Time Caregiver Recruitment & Training Coordinator to help us build and support an incredible team of caregivers.

If you're organized, outgoing, enjoy meeting people, and have a talent for finding the right people for the right job, we'd love to meet you. Your primary focus will be recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training caregivers.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: Council Bluffs, IA
Type: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
• Develop creative ways to attract qualified caregiver candidates
• Lead new caregiver orientation and training
• Provide in-home training and caregiver support as needed
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and help address questions
• Work with the Service Coordinator to help fill open shifts
• Use WellSky and other software to track recruiting and caregiver activity
• Participate in on-call responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or training
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable leading training and working independently
• Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Experience in home care, senior care, hospice, dementia care, healthcare, staffing, or HR is a plus
• WellSky or scheduling experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean criminal/driving record
