Cornerstone Caregiving, based in Saginaw, Michigan, seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and on-call scheduling under the Operating Director. The role combines recruiting and administrative support with occasional travel and compliance duties.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced office while maintaining strong communication with caregivers, clients, and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years' experience in admin, sales, customer service or HR functions in an office setting.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; may substitute degree with education/experience mix.
• Valid driver’s license and state auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
