Job summary

Entrust Senior Care, Inc. in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a caregiver recruitment specialist to own sourcing through onboarding onsite. You will manage candidate flow across four counties, conduct phone screens, plan interviews, and coordinate background checks and Home Care Aide registrations.

The role requires 1+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. Onsite work with opportunities to partner with agencies and schools is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in home care, healthcare, or high-volume hiring.
• Strong phone and people skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• High level of organization and follow-through; ability to handle multiple candidates at once.
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of California Home Care Aide requirements is a plus.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, Tagalog, or Armenian is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional hiring events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end caregiver recruiting process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Source caregiver candidates through Indeed, social media, job boards, community orgs, schools and referrals.
• Write, post, and update job advertisements; respond quickly to every applicant.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews.
• Check references and coordinate background checks and Home Care Aide registration.
• Complete new-hire paperwork, orientation, and onboarding.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers across four counties served.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend hiring events and job fairs.
• Track applicants, hires, and turnover; report weekly on recruiting results.
• Support retention efforts including caregiver recognition and referral bonuses.
• Use an ATS such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track candidate progress.
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and community partners to improve sourcing.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting experience; preferably in home care, healthcare, or high-volume hiring
• Strong phone and people skills with a warm, professional demeanor

• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, Indeed, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of California Home Care Aide requirements is a plus
