Job summary

Heritage Village in Gainesville, VA is seeking an experienced Quality of Life Specialist with a hospitality focus to enhance life for memory care residents. You will assist with personal care and nonprofessional services to support comfort and well-being.

This role requires a Virginia CNA license and offers a pay range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour, with day, evening and night shifts on a full-time schedule. Benefits include 401(k), health and life insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

Must have a Virginia CNA license.
Experience in hospitality or senior care is preferred.
Ability to provide personal care as part of daily routines.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care activities and related nonprofessional services for Memory Care residents.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care and vital checks per policy.

Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
