Job summary

Heritage Village, located in Gainesville, VA, seeks a Quality of Life Specialist to support Memory Care residents with compassionate personal care and nonprofessional services. The role emphasizes a hospitality-minded approach to daily living and wellness, working within a supportive team and with family involvement.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health indicators, and maintaining a dignified, comfortable environment for residents across shifts.

Qualifications

Must have a Virginia CNA license.
Experience in Memory Care or senior care.
Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, etc.).

Responsibilities

Provide resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to the personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents.
Assist all residents with high quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and other basic routines per policy.

Education
