Heritage Village in Gainesville, VA, is seeking a compassionate Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) for full-time evenings and overnights to assist Memory Care residents with personal care and comfort. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and a hospitality-focused approach.

Required Virginia CNA license; experience in memory care is preferred. This position offers a supportive team, with coverage across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Virginia CNA license required.

Flexible schedule to cover evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.

Working for our senior residents at Heritage Village will make your heart happy. We are seeking an experienced & hospitality focused Quality of Life Specialist (QLS). Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.

Full-time weekdays 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm- 7:00 am
