Heritage Village, managed by LCS, is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to support Memory Care residents with personal care and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and nonprofessional services to ensure well-being and dignity.

Experience in memory care, strong bedside manner, and Virginia CNA certification are required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with full-time schedules and shift options including days,

Qualifications

Must have Virginia CNA license.
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
Assist residents with daily activities in memory care.

Responsibilities

Assist Memory Care residents with personal care tasks.
