Job summary

Clarendale of Mokena, managed by LCS, seeks an experienced QLS/Caregiver for Memory Care. Responsible for assisting residents with personal care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, grooming and meeting daily needs with warmth and professionalism. Shifts are days and nights (7:00 am–7:30 pm / 7:00 pm–7:30 am); full-time, part-time and PRN roles available.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and weight checks.
• Make beds, complete resident laundry as assigned, and assist with meals.
• Provide activities as planned/directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
• Provide emergency care within scope of practice.
• Follow community policies.

Working for our senior residents at Clarendale of Mokena will make your heart happy. We are seeking an experienced & hospitality focused QLS/Caregiver for Memory Care. Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort ofresidents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.

Shifts needed days/nights - 7:00 am-7:30pm and 7:00 pm-7:30 am

Full-time, part-time and prn positions available

• 12 hour shifts - 7:0am - 7:30pm and 7:0 pm-8:30 am

The Role:
