Job summary

Heritage Village in Gainesville, VA is seeking a compassionate Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to support Memory Care residents with personal care and comfort. This full-time role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities in a warm, team-oriented environment.

Virginia CNA license is required; pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, health and vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Must have Virginia CNA license.
Experience in memory care is preferred.
Ability to assist with personal care and mobility.

Responsibilities

Assist memory care residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
Provide nonprofessional services to support comfort and safety.
Collaborate with care team to meet resident needs and documentation.
