Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a part-time Caregiver to join our growing team. The role offers AM, Evening, and Overnight shifts with opportunities to pick up additional hours.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide physical and emotional support, and document care as required. Experience in long-term care is preferred, and various benefits are included with employment.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

• Pay Range – $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)

Hours:

• AM Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm PART TIME (16 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm PART TIME (16 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (16 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
