Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI, is seeking a part-time Caregiver for AM, PM, and Overnight shifts. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs, supporting independence, and providing physical and emotional care. Documentation and shift adherence are required daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to the case manager.
• Strong communication and empathetic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per the service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain independence.
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance and engagement.
• Complete daily documentation and care schedules.
