Harbour Village Beach Club is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist to support seniors with compassionate personal care and daily activities. You will assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, help at mealtimes, and document care activities under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus CBRF certification and 1+ year of related work history. Part-time and full-time evening shifts are available, with benefits and a supportive team environment.

• At least 1 year of steady work history in a related role.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with high quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care).
• Assist with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging intake.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report to nursing supervisor if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
• Plan and/or participate in activities; respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

Quality of Life Specialist

We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our team.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA
• CBRF Certification and experience required
• At least 1 year of steady work history at same job
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience in a facility

Part-time/Full-time PM's 3pm-11pm including every other weekend
