Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers/PCAs to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities. Join a team that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Roles include personal care, bathing, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, referral bonuses, and free medical insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or similar role is a plus
• Proof of current TB testing required
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
• Must have reliable transportation
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks
