Your Home Assistant is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to support families, professionals, seniors and recovering individuals in home settings. Positions are full-time and part-time across day, night, overnight and weekend shifts with growth opportunities and paid training.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, meal planning, light housekeeping and transportation.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsabilidades

• As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings).
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
