Your Home Assistant is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for families and individuals. You will work one-on-one with clients, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and respite care.

Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a supportive leadership team. We offer weekly pay, flexible day/night/weekend shifts, mileage reimbursement, and a pathway to full-time

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.

What You’ll Do

• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation

• Ability to work independently in a one‑on‑one setting

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
