Your Home Assistant, LLC in Davis, CA is seeking caring caregivers for in-home support across all client needs. Join a team that delivers peace of mind to families while you work one-on-one with clients in their homes.

We offer weekly pay, flexible day, night, overnight and weekend shifts, mileage reimbursement, paid hands-on training, and growth opportunities within a supportive organization. Must have a valid driver’s license and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist mobility in-home and to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Shop groceries and run errands.
• Transportation for appointments and outings.
• Provide parental support and respite care.
• Observe changes in condition and report it promptly.
• Respond effectively in urgent or emergency situations.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands‑on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:
