Your Home Assistant is seeking compassionate caregivers to support families, professionals, seniors, and recovery at clients' homes. You will work one-on-one to deliver personalized care, assist with daily activities, reminders, mobility, meals, errands, transportation, and respite support.

We offer growth, paid hands-on training, weekly pay, flexible day/night/weekend shifts, and benefits like mileage reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsabilités
