Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support. You will assist clients with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation, in a caring, family-friendly setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities across day, night, overnight and weekend shifts, with weekly pay, training, and pathways for growth. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings).
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
