Your Home Assistant, LLC in Clearlake, CA is actively hiring Caregiver/Personal Assistant for in‑home support. You will deliver tailored, one‑on‑one care to clients in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and health monitoring.

The role emphasizes compassionate service and personal safety in a home setting. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders and monitoring for client safety.
• Mobility assistance in home and during appointments.
• Meal planning and preparation for clients.
• Light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Transportation to appointments, school pickups, and outings.
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
