Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized support in clients’ homes in Hayward, CA. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and growth potential.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and safe transport. We value dedication to quality care and safety, with flexible day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation; light housekeeping.
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and transportation for appointments.
• Support families with parental care and respite needs.
• Observe changes in client condition and report promptly.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands‑on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Medication reminders

• Mobility assistance (in‑home and appointments)

• Meal planning and preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Transportation (appointments, school pick‑up/drop‑off, outings)

• Providing parental support and respite care
