Your Home Assistant, a leading in-home care provider, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support families, seniors, and individuals recovering at home. The role focuses on one-on-one client support, with extensive duties including ADLs, mobility, meal prep, and transportation.

We offer growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive leadership team. Weeky pay and flexible day/night/weekend shifts are available, in-person client-home work location, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility in-home and for appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
• Offer parental support and respite care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Respond appropriately in urgent or emergent situations.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands‑on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:
