Job summary

Your Home Assistant is hiring caregivers for full- and part-time roles across shifts in California. We offer one-on-one client care in homes, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
• A genuine passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
• Providing parental support and respite care
• Observing and reporting changes in condition
