Job summary

Your Home Assistant is hiring caregivers to provide personalized, hands-on in-home support for clients including families, seniors, and recovering individuals. You will deliver compassionate care in a one-on-one setting, focusing on safety, comfort, and independence.

This role offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts, plus weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings).
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
