Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support in clients’ homes, helping maintain comfort and independence.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, TB testing proof, reliable transport, and strong communication skills. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and referral bonuses to a dedicated team.”

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform essential duties.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass required background and fingerprint checks.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and help clients maintain dignity and independence.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when applicable; perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and accompany clients as needed.
• Give medication reminders according to care plans and ensure safety.
