Are you a caregiver who likes to work with aging adults and help them with their daily activities?

Hastings Assisted Living is hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team!

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication administration while promoting independence, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a respectful, team-based care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting aging adults, values teamwork, and treats residents, families, and colleagues with dignity and respect.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Shifts: Mainly Evenings (3pm to 11pm) with a couple of Days (7am to 3pm), including every other weekend.
• Pay Range: $19.25 to $20.40 depending on certification and experience.
• Location: 901 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

What does a Caregiver do?

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Assist with mobility and transportation care.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Document services performed on client service sheets and medication administration sheets.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.

What does a Caregiver require?

• Interest and passion for caring for the elderly.
• Preferred, but not required - experience working with aging adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
