Job Description: Caregiver/HHA/CNA at Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids

Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our team.

Located just outside downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota, we serve seniors in a 54-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join us and help seniors Age Magnificently!

Shifts Available:
  1. Full-time/Part-time AM (7am-3pm)
  2. PM Shifts (3pm-11pm)
  3. Every other weekend required
Wages:
  • HHA: $17-$22/hour
  • CNA: $19-$24/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence with respect and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility, as outlined in the care plan.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in assisted living preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
