Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids - Caregiver, HHA/CNA

Join our team at Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, as a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA. Located just outside downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota, we serve seniors in a 54-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. We are hiring for the following shifts:
Part-time AM (7am-3pm) and Part-time/Full-time PM (3pm-11pm), with every other weekend required.

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hour, CNA: $19-$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility assistance
• Recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care
• Assisting with medication administration

Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community preferred
• Strong interest in healthcare and a positive, compassionate attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
