Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver for a full-time 11pm–7am shift at Meadow Valley Senior Living. The role focuses on delivering compassionate daily care and supporting residents to maintain independence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a basic first aid certification. Prior assisted living experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and employee ownership mindset guiding the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the guidelines of Medication administration & protocols.
• Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.
• Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
• Assists residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
• Lifting, turning, and re‑positioning residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Should be organized and self‑motivated.
• Completion of first aide training program.
• Previous experience in an assisted living facility a plus.
• Ability to communicate with co‑workers, residents, and family members.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Certified Nursing Assistant License a plus, not required
