Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Conyers, GA is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to provide non-medical care, companionship, and support with daily activities to help clients live independently. You will assist with light housekeeping, meals, and transportation in a client-centered, respectful environment.

We offer paid orientation, ongoing training, overtime pay, flexible schedules, referral program, direct deposit, and access to a mobile app for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Home CNA / PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
