Job summary

Visiting Angels CPD, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/PCA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors in Georgia. You will support activities of daily living, monitor health, and help maintain independence with dignity and respect in the clients' familiar surroundings.

We value dependability, excellent communication, and a caring mindset. Training is provided, and you will work closely with families and the office to ensure high-quality care and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license (Georgia) or PCA experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Negative TB test within last 12 months or willingness to complete one.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (preferred for client transportation).
• Ability to lift, transfer and assist clients safely using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and transfer boards.
• Excellent communication, compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while engaging clients in meaningful activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition and document care accurately using the Axiscare mobile app.
• Follow each client's care plan while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication with clients, families, and the office.
