Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to join our growing team serving Newton and Rockdale Counties. As a Home CNA / PCA, you will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, help with personal care and transfers, and maintain professional communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative TB test.
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting required.
• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical care.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care and transfers.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, family members, and co-workers.

As a Home CNA / PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
