Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta in Conyers, GA is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and support with daily activities, helping clients live happy, healthy, and independent lives.

You will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, and transitions in and out of bed or chairs, while establishing a professional, punctual presence and reliable shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification.
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in/out of bed or chairs.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, family, and coworkers.
• Maintain punctuality and reliably cover shifts.

As a Home CNA / PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
